Appropriate use
- Board-approved recycling or maintenance reminders
- Scheduled amenity closures and community events
- Meeting reminders linked to the official source
- Relevant notices to confirmed category subscribers
Prohibited use
- Emergency or life-safety alerts
- Unsolicited bulk email or purchased recipient lists
- Bypassing unsubscribe, consent, or suppression
- Deceptive, unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory content
Service may be paused to protect residents, provider reputation, tenant data, or system safety while suspected abuse is reviewed.
