How it works
NeighborNudge adds a dependable email reminder workflow beside the association's current site or portal. It does not become the official record system.
A resident visits the association-branded page, chooses categories, agrees to receive those emails, and submits an address.
A signed, expiring confirmation link activates the subscription. Before that click, no reminders are eligible.
An authorized administrator sets recurrence, local time, offsets, wording, and any exceptions, then records approval.
Before each send, the service rechecks consent, preferences, and suppression, then records delivery updates.
Delivered means the receiving mail system reported delivery. It does not prove the resident opened, read, or acted on the reminder.
Associations remain responsible for official and legally required notices.
