Terms of service
Terms for a focused community reminder service.
Effective August 26, 2026. These operational terms are suitable for product evaluation; final legal review is required before a real pilot.
Service role
NeighborNudge provides email reminder scheduling, resident self-enrollment, preference controls, and delivery reporting alongside an association's existing systems. It is not a system of record, emergency service, or substitute for official and legally required notices.
Association responsibility
The customer must have authority to configure communications, provide accurate contacts and schedules, approve content, honor applicable laws and governing documents, and maintain separate official-notice processes.
Resident consent
Reminder emails may be sent only to confirmed residents for selected categories. Attempts to bypass consent, suppression, unsubscribe, or tenant controls are prohibited.
Availability and delivery
The service is provided with reasonable operational care, but uninterrupted availability or recipient action is not guaranteed. A delivery event does not prove that a message was read.
Commercial terms
Pilot and subscription fees are agreed and paid externally. Release 1 does not process payments. Cancellation, renewal, and liability terms must be recorded in the signed pilot agreement.
