Privacy notice

Collect less. Explain why. Keep residents in control.

This Release 1 privacy notice describes the application's intended data practices. Final production language must be reviewed for the operator and pilot jurisdiction before launch.

Information we process

For residents, NeighborNudge processes an email address, optional first name, selected categories, consent evidence, preference activity, and delivery or suppression events. Staff records include identity, role, organization assignments, and audit activity. Pilot requests include the business contact information submitted in the contact form.

How it is used

Resident information is used only to confirm preferences, send eligible association reminders, support unsubscribe and suppression, and report aggregate operational results. Business contact information supports a requested pilot conversation. The service does not automatically send prospect outreach.

Choice and retention

Residents can update categories or unsubscribe without a staff account. Associations may export their data and request deletion or anonymization. Minimum suppression evidence may be retained to ensure a person who opted out or complained is not emailed again.

Service providers and security

Production uses configured hosting, Supabase, and Resend services. Tenant authorization, database row-level security, signed links, input validation, and audit records reduce unauthorized access. No security measure can guarantee absolute security.
